2026-07-29: Docs on One Hub — Terradine > Payment System (sections/terradine_payments.md) and documents/TERRADINE_PRICING.md, the latter a marketing fact sheet with an explicit Safe Claims / False Claims table (every false entry has already appeared in draft copy).
2026-07-29: ACTION REQUIRED — /learn/etsy-fee-calculator.html still says 'Free plan flat 10%' and concludes Etsy can be cheaper. Both are now FALSE. It is noindex and out of the sitemap BUT still linked from /learn/, so a visitor can reach it. Rewrite to the new rates or unlink before any marketing push.
2026-07-29: /pricing NOW EXISTS (reverses the 27 Jul redirect-to-/sell fix). Real page, every number read from config/plans.php via App\Support\PlatformFee so it cannot drift from what checkout charges. Fee logic was in 6 places with 3 different formulas — now one class. API opened free to everyone. Copy fixed: /sell now states the actual rate (previously said only 'a small fee' — sellers could not discover what they'd pay until first payout), removed the invented '$99/mo tool' anchor (no $99 plan exists), un-staled 'until founder checkout opens'.
2026-07-29: *** PRICING MODEL REPLACED — supersedes the 2026-07-28 fee-calculator finding *** The flat 10% went NEGATIVE below $4.23 (7% of the catalogue; the $2.99 sheets lost $0.09 per sale). NEW: 3% + $0.25 with the seller's own Stripe, 8% + $0.30 on Terradine checkout (processing included). Founder 2% / 7%. Verified never negative from $0.99 to $99.99. Under these rates Terradine IS cheaper than Etsy, Gumroad and eBay at EVERY price point — the old 'Etsy is sometimes cheaper' conclusion no longer holds.
2026-07-29: STRIPE PROVEN — three real card charges through hosted checkout (test mode, Bulk Creator acct_1TH57AGhYUKTIpQa which is HEALTHY, unlike the rejected Readly Yours account the live keys still point at). Webhook delivered from Stripe's own servers, order COMPLETED, guest download served, exactly 2 buyer emails + 1 seller email. Checkout now tries PAYMENT_PRIMARY first and falls back silently, so dropping in working live keys makes Stripe primary with no code change.
